Why attend ?

The main purpose of this seminar is to promote socializing, exercise and exchange of ideas in Wing Chun and also presenting all the positive effects of practicing this beautiful skill to the new practicioners. Special guest of the seminars are Sifu Marijo Biljanić and Sifu Darko Bek, Wing Chun practitioners and instructors with 37 years of experience. Durring those 37 years they trained under well known Sifus like Leung Ting, Wong Shun Leung, Lok Yiu and now they are European representatives of Sifu Leung Ngor Yin of Leung Sheung lineage. They will be assisted by Sifu Zoran Pap, organizer and host of the event.

Where

The seminar will take place in the city of Rijeka which is located on the Adriatic sea coast. It is a great location where you will have the opportunity, beside intensive and high-quality training, to feel and enjoy the Meditteranean spring climate, cuisine and a friendly and relaxed atmosprehe of the city itself.

Seminar schedule

The event starts on Friday, May 26th with a presentation open to the general public entitled "Kung Fu - skills for life" which will theoretically and practically present the work of our club and show the specificity and beauty of Wing Chun. Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of May are reserved for workshops. During these two days there will be four training sessions,each lasting three hours, which means a total of twelve hours of intensive training, learning, exchanging experiences and meeting new people. To get most of this seminar participants will be divided into groups according to their level of knowledge and experience. Previous practise of Wing Chun or any martial art is not a requirement for attendance at workshops. They are open to all who are interested.
